Mushy details, feather coat of eagle is too coarse, Liberty looks like it got punched in the face, stalks in Liberty's hand are too thick, wrong text font, shoe not detailed enough, etc.
@road, first welcome to CCF. Second, if you compare the design on actual coins from the us mint website to your pictures, you will see many small differences. Here is a link to help you with your research:
Yours Yours Mine Mine I tried copying your pictures as close as I could, couldn't get the lighting right. Also note the missing reed security feature, it is about by the "L" in Liberty. EDIT look at the stars under Liberty's outstretched arm.
Every once in a While I see an Obvious Fake or Counterfeit American Silver Eagles Here. Asking the Members What We think, This example is as Blatantly Fake, as Any. As mentioned the " font " is all off, Check out the letter " L " That says it all.
This Entire " coin ", as stated, Is a Joke...... Members viewing the Coins to assist others in their Numismatic Adventures, Get your money back After Reporting the Incident to the proper authorities, ....
While there are those that collect These fakes, Sounds like You were Not informed....
Welcome to the forum, Hope this helps, MD.

Welcome to CCF! Some sellers on ebay and other sites are legit honest dealers, others sell fakes usually made in China. Sometimes low price means a good deal, sometimes it's fake or has condition problems.
After a visual inspection you can use simple tests to check a coin, using a scale see it's exact weight and diameter, a magnet, a ping tester (see YouTube videos about it), take it to a local coin store with an XRF tester. And as you did, post it on CCF.
I recommend you buy from well known dealers who have been selling online for many years such as APMEX, Liberty Coin, JM Bullion, SD Bullion, Monument Metals, Bullion Exchanges and others. Watch for their sales to get the best price.
If there's a coin store in your area check them out.
