Always wondered why the date was placed here on the reverse for the 1920 issue.... Found this while researching the topic: " The first year, 1920 did not have a date on the Obverse " " The 1921 issue had placed the date on the Obverse, " I am Wondering, Because I don't think I have an 1921 example to see, Is the date Also on the 1921 reverse, ( probably not ).

Happy Thanksgiving to all! I extend to all my best of wishes for good health, loving companions and harmony in your communities. Quote: Is the date Also on the 1921 reverse No, obverse only. The reverse of the two coins are identical.
Take a look at my other hobby ... http://www.jk-dk.artToo many hobbies .... too much work .... not enough time.

Thought I'd drop in and wish everyone an awesome turkey day. I know I've been mia for a while now. I'm being a big baby in that posting photos from my iPhone to the site is so convoluted. I have quite the backlog to share and will be back soon.

@chafe, yes great to have you back and best wishes for an awesome Thanksgiving to all. Hope you don't mind me merging your duplicative thread with @commems' though.
