Quite nice - I would say VF-35 or EF-40.

Your token is contemporary counterfeit type, with a left-top 1. It was made in copper and brass (no way to tell which without an XRF test, but most are copper). Charlton number is NS-4A2.
Ingram-Marelic "Tokens of N.S." number is PNS-453 for copper, PNS-454 for a reworked 453 (wide rims), and PNS-455 for brass.

PNS-453 has 3 edge treatments - engrailed; 453e (the most common), reeded 453r, and plain 453p(rare).

I think EF-40 would be the right grade.
