First thing is to check the serial number.

Looks OK, but not the nicest MS65 I've seen, unless it looks better in hand. I would do a bit of browsing first.

There are plenty of these around in 65/66,

Cert# checks out but image is too small/blurry to read the barcode. I don't see anything wrong with it but I'm not sure I'd buy without better photos. You're buying both sides of the coin after all.

These are not that rare - maybe less common at MS-65 mind you. But I think you could hold out for something with greater eye appeal.

Not a fan either, to be honest.

I just found this coin on everyone's favorite online auction site. Other -65's are $50-$100 more and nice looking, but there are a few -64's that also look better than this specimen, and are $50 less.
The one you've posted seems like the worst choice of them all. I'd either get a nice looking 64, or just hang out until a clean 65/66 shows up at a price that works.

Yeah I would wait for a better one or even grab one not graded that you like and have it graded yourself.Remember its not a race to the finish line when collecting.

Coin above is legit - my friend runs the ebay account it's being sold on. I agree the photos aren't great. If you type his ebay user into instagram you can contact him there for more pictures

If it's going to be a one-time purchase, which I assume, then please wait for a more attractive example.
