I don't like CC, something is off with it... + strange, not typical ding on the rim. No thoughts on 1928, but it's from the same seller, so it is under suspicion too.
I would feel comfortable purchasing both as genuine from those photos. Keep in mind the CC is harshly cleaned so there wouldn't be a lot of money at risk.

You could weigh them, compare with genuine Morgan, Peace. There's a couple other easy ways to test. Use a magnet on the edge of the coin, see if it's magnetic, if it is it's fake. Also a ping test would help determine if genuine. In my opinion both coins have been cleaned reducing their value.
