Would like to check is it able to rinse the coins with just water only?

sure you can rinse them with water but pat them dry - don't rub them between the towels. But looks like most of your coins shown are not genuine (copies/fakes)

Any coin can be rinsed with water, but don't expect much improvement.

Rinsing with water will not hurt these coins but it will not make them genuine.

Able to share some tips on how to identify whether is fake just by looking at it? Any where to focus?

zKCz, most of them are very poor quality fakes - if you are familiar with the actual coin it is very easy to tell that these are not genuine in an instant.
