Another Unidentified Arabic Script. Possible Ottoman? (Id: Early 20th Century 2 Pai From Hyderabad)

Here's another puzzler. Looks like Arabic script but suspect it may be Ottoman. Is copper, measures 20.4 mm and weighs 3.92 grams

Any chance on you adding some clear, well-lit pics @numis? These are pretty hard to work with. There is a passing similarity in the design to this Half Anna from Hyderabad, but the weight and diameter are off.

At this size and diameter it's a 2 pai, 1904-1931, either of those three types.

I don't know how to tell the difference between the types (the last two in particular look identical to me), and the date is absolutely illegible on those pictures.
