Would this be worth getting graded? If so what are your opinions on the grade it may be able to get?

Aside from the finger/palm print (never a good thing), it appears the piece has been lightly circulated. Gash on the forehead isn't helping. From the pics posted, I'd say somewhere in the mid AU range. In my opinion, certainly not worth submitting it.

If you mean worthy of sending it in to a TPG,no.As a general rule a coin needs a minimum retail value of at least $150 to justify all costs involved in sending in.
