Here is the 1964 from an earlier post asking about SMS, side by side with a 1974 D Kennedy I have. What is the difference and why is it without wear that the 64 is frosted and nothing in comparison next to the ordinary Kennedy?
What do you mean by impaired? Most likely the scratches would be contact and handling by some family before me not being responsible with the care of it.
I know this one is close to being able to see the line for each step but what do you guys think? What kind of value would this have? It is beautifully toned as well.
I know I have seen some fs designations that have nicks in the steps and some that would possibly be close to being fully seen but would this pass that designation?
Hopefully the pictures will allow you guys to make a good suggestion I will put two different coins in hopes you guys can give your accurate opinion on the grade. These are different coins than I have previously posted. #1
I can try but the light is turned down as low as it goes and the coins are propped up in order for the light to not reflect back into the lens if the light for my camera is any lower the picture dims to the point you cannot see the coin. I will try a few more options with lighting and try and get better pictures thank you
what I was seeing in this post is the die deterioration as Tacc had posted but I honestly didn't know what to call it or what it was exactly when I posted it
