Please properly crop and rotate photos before posting them. I edited your title a bit. A coin needs a minimum retail value after slabbing of $150 to justify all costs involved in sending it in. WADR,your coin falls way short of that. A nice Wheat cent though. John1

We need to see a photo of the reverse as well. Caution--you may get palm or finger prints on the coin. Given the posted pics, I'm thinking this is a lightly circulated example--may have been cleaned in the past. Personally, I wouldn't submit for grading as the coin will likely fall in the low AU range. Others will be along to comment.

since it sounds like you're fairly new to coins here is the breakdown for grading a coin. most are completely unaware of the costs involved
BTW - your coin is worth about .10
there is virtually nothing in circulation that would warrant having a coin graded. are there some out there? yes, if you want to spend half your life looking for one.
two reasons to slab 1. its a rare coin that needs authenticated and preserved 2. you are planning on selling the coin and the cost of acquisition plus the grading fee's would warrant it without chewing up all your profit
PCGS charges a minimum of $69 for a subscription other subscription levels include grading vouchers though so you could reduce these costs. add to the subscription cost, per coin grading fee would be about $23, shipping & ins both ways (1-4 coins is $27 if the total value is under $1000)
NGC - economy grading tier is $22, plus $10 handling fee, plus $28 for shipping (1-5 coins).
ANACS grading would be $16 but there's a 5 coin minimum. Shipping would be $29-35.
CAC - $99 subscription ($50 grading credit), economy grading $15, gold $28, $40 shipping/handling/ins
i don't slab coins for these reasons especially the cost involved. I don't know why this is so popular today. just making the grading companies wealthy

To CCF! Looks AU. Not at all worth grading. Save your time and money.

Around VF-25, pretty common coin, worth about 10-15 cents as long as the reverse actually looks like your obverse picture. If it's actually greenish as shown, the coin is worth 3-5 cents.

Just add it to a coin folder or a 2x2. Nice looking wheat but that's about it.

@iamking85 Don't waste your money getting it slabbed/graded. Watch out for getting finger prints on coins.
