I would appreciate help in identifying this coin and grading it. I received it from my father-in-law and he obtained it when he was serving in North Africa during WWII. He said it was from Egypt.

@smh, first welcome to CCF. Yes it is from Eqypt, but please add the weight and diameter so that we can confirm the denomination. I'm pretty sure that it is a 10 Qirsh as shown just above the two cannons, but it would be nice to be sure. Here is a link to the numista page for that coin (yours shows a date equivalent to 1903 AD):

It has some pretty heavy circulation wear, so I suspect that most of the value will be in the silver content, which is a little over 80% on this coin.
