It looks like there are two images of the same side. Do you have an image of the other side?

Also, weight to the nearest tenth of a gram and diameter to the nearest mm (just state, don't make the reader read scales and convert from inches) are needed for best results for ID requests.

The OP is in the UK, so doesn't that mean the ruler is in metric units? Either way, I agree having clarification on the physical dimensions would be helpful.
