Thanks for sharing!

Well, since you went back to 1792 on your guldens, don;t you need an example from the other six provinces?

I no longer have the 1792 Gulden, tdziemia. It was sold on GC.
In fact, I am also considering selling my two silver ducats.

Very nice collection. I was stationed in the Netherlands in the mid 80's and although I wasn't as active of a coin collector as I am now, I did come home with a lot of the circulating coins including the commemorative 2 1/2 guilder pieces and crisp paper from 5 to 100 guilder at face value. the 250 had just come out but I wasn't willing to invest the $80 or so it would have cost.

Great collection. The only coin I want to get from the Netherlands is 1 Duit of the Dutch East India Company.

Lovely group!

I have quite a bit of Dutch coins myself but mostly 1950s - 1990s change and a few silver guilders and 2½ guilders from the 1950s/60s. Your selection is outstanding. Notice all 3 Willems there including Willem 2 who only ruled for a few years in the 1840s.

Thanks @Princetane.
My favorite group of portraits probably is that of Wilhelmina. It is fun to see how she changed from being a young girl to an elderly grandmother.
I am sure you can see something similar with the effigies of Victoria or Elizabeth II on British coins.

At one time I had built a decent type set of British gold sovereigns and Dutch gold 10 guilder coins, though I did sell them all a couple years ago. One of the reasons in picking those two particular series of foreign gold was exactly what you mentioned - I really liked the changes in the Wilhelmina, Victoria and Elizabeth II portraits over the decades.

After more than two years, I can proudly announce that my Dutch Type Set (1815-2001) is complete!
Yesterday, I won an auction for a Dutch commemorative coin that was missing from the set. It was the last coin to make the collection complete.
I will post pictures in the coming days/weeks.

Now that this set is complete, I am actually considering moving the coins minted in 1973 to my Birthyear Set, place the banknotes in their own album, and liquidate the rest of the coins.
This may sound weird, but I enjoy this set the least of all the coin sets I have. I have found that Dutch coins are rather bland compared to many other World coins.
