It can be any denomination, and having a thread like this is a good way to keep record of star notes we find in case one of us finds one worth over face! For me, I got a $10 star note SN JD01386774*. It's pretty beat up and from a higher run, so I won't keep it, but this seems like a good thread to have around.

I find them daily and used to keep them all. Now I'm very picky and only keep the best ones. I haven't found anything decent lately.

Run is 1,900,000. That a big run?

Anything over 640k is considered a larger run. But if you want to keep them, feel free, as it's only a dollar each. I have a 1 dollar star note that's circulated from a higher run, but I kept it since it's my first one dollar star note. And my first star overall is a 2003 $10, which is pretty amazing since it's hard enough to find uncolored bills from a bank. It's also from a higher run and circulated, so it probably doesn't have any value, but it's still worth keeping for me.

yeah I will be keeping these 2 and any other $1 star notes I find. Once I start finding higher denoms stars then it becomes a question of run and condition.

I have lots of stars I could show pics of, but they're all new, and I sense this post is about circulation finds.
