@joan, I'm pretty sure that the value to this item is in the silver, not the packaging. As to the condition, it looks like there is an unfortunate fingerprint on the reverse.

If the fingerprint isn't too old it should come off with an acetones soak. Your 91 has about 7 million mintage and value is around $35 in that condition.

That's a bullion coin and wouldn't have been sold by the mint in that holder. It was done by a third party business.

Agree with all of the above. It's a $35 piece in an aftermarket holder.

P.S. These are referred to American Silver Eagles, not Liberty Silver Dollars.
