This year and mint has a larger than normal population of full step so the grading companies can be a bit more picky. I really don't see circulation wear so I but this at MS62. Slightly weak strike (again for this year and mint). Lots of minor stuff on the obverse. Maybe in hand it shows better? Report this Post to the Staff
