Are these pennies significant now or in the future with the penny maybe being phased out?

You could give them the once over to look for any known errors/varieties but I agree with above
no value over 1 cent even though it costs 3 cents to make them.

Just curious--any reason you singled out this date/mint in particular?

2017 is the only cent struck at the Philadelphia Mint to feature the "P" mintmark, to celebrate the U.S. Mint's 225th anniversary.

I have not noted any increased interest in the 2017's due to the added mint mark.

Certainly collectable, you need one if you are assembling a Lincoln Cent collection.

1976 Bicentennial quarters and halves look a lot more collectible, yet they are very much face value since they were minted in both 1975 and 1976. Same thing with 2004 and 2005 nickels. 2009 coins are all low mintage, and they will be collectible at a sooner time.

There are billions of them, and some 350 billion struck in the last century, so even if the cent goes the way of the do-do bird, by no means are they scarce or even uncommon.
