1919 Penny Missing Top Scroll

Hi guys, I got a 1919 penny dot below bottom scroll, missing top scroll from a die fill I assume and possible dot above top scroll. Is that a dot above top scroll where my pen is pointed?

I don't think so ... if it was a double dot the dot would not be off-centre but rather would be positioned directly above the middle of the 'N' in ONE.

Yes,dot under,i have about 6 of them missing the top scroll.

Another variety that ebay showed were common much to the disgust of dealers.

In regard to the missing top scroll die fill error does it make my coin rare?

No,scarce maybe but plenty out there,they bob up on ebay regulary and struggle to make a $ or 2.

You need a Unc eg or close to it to get a premium.
