It is not Machine Doubling. Why not? Direction. Note all areas affect are moving towards the closest rims. If it were Machine Doubling, most often it would affect all the devices in the same direction. DDD affects the fields towards the closest rims.

I like to educate as I go. I may not always be around. So others can know why my answer is not yes or no, but the reason why I answered that way. Yes and no answers, answers the question, but knowing why is more important.

Also, the reverse is showing incused Machine Doubling. So it's both Die Deterioration Doubling and Incused Machine Doubling. http://goccf.com/t/227708
