Try buying from Europe. For example, do a google image search for "Cuba 10 Pesos 2003"

I still think that everyone is still over looking the fact that while they are available to buy world wide, theyv are still illegal to sell, import or receive through the mail in the U.S. I remember a member here who bought such coins, they were held up at customs, then law enforcement got involved. I will try to dig up the thread. EDIT: I guess it had to do with ebay and paypal. But I think that there was another thread http://goccf.com/t/160851

I have many. As someone suggested- David Harrison is a good source. I suggested to Google, but it looks that you need to be more specific to get good results. so google "cuba 1995 peso" and go through years 1977 and up for commemoratives

You won't find any on ebay, because ebay has blacklisted all items from Cuba. This is enforced by a word-filter robot that automatically blocks all attempts to list anything witht he word "Cuba" in the item title or description. The ban affects ebay globally, so searching ebay Canada, UK, Europe or Australia won't help. Pretty much anyone off-eBay will happily sell you pre-revolution coinage, since they're not covered by the US trade embargo. Modern coins are covered by the trade embargo, however, so obtaining them legally in the US is impossible. But in Canada, pretty much any world coin dealer ought to have them in stock. The Cuban Mint does not seem to have a means of receiving direct online orders for NCLT coins.

Coin and note issue in Cuba is controlled by the Central Bank of Cuba. Their website is in Spanish only: https://www.bc.gob.cu/

If you find those coins on ebay, they are not identified as from Cuba. Here is a European ebay listing for one, and it too is careful not to say Cuba. https://www.ebay.com/itm/375542546845Somehow that coin seems fake to me. If not fake, heavily worn, and not VF. NGC lists prices for Cuban coins as fairly low, often less than 1.5x melt value. I wonder if the bans affect the valuations. You can find Cuban coins at coin shops if they are shops that carry foreign coins. I think the design of the Pesos from 1934 to 19xx (the lady's face design) is rather nice.

I had a 40 centavos 1915 Cuba coin for sale on ebay and it was up for 2 weeks or so, but ebay just sent me a notice the listing was cancelled because of the "Embargoed goods policy." The coin was listed as 40 centavos Patria & Libertad. My understanding is that SAP is correct when he stated: "Pretty much anyone off-eBay will happily sell you pre-revolution coinage, since they're not covered by the US trade embargo." It seems odd to me how diligent ebay is in blocking sales of legitimate listings, while they don't seem to have concerns about all the fake coins sold out of China. I just did a search for 8 reales closed listings, and the number of fake 8 reales sold is sad. And sometimes the price gets bid up to a level as though the coin was real. At least they appear to have blocked the guy selling out of Poland who had dozens and dozens of fake coins. He would sell until he was cancelled in one ID, and then just get another.
