Excellent error coin.
Congrats.

I'm wondering if this might be a cracked planchet instead of a lamination.
The rim on the rev, from the ragged clip to the N of CENT, looks to have issues (metal missing). This rim issue may continue from the obv.
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.
We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow.

I think it is both a ragged fissure and a lam, as both are caused by the same thing, a bad alloy mix. Here is a snippet from the link igwt79 posted.

I've been selling off a lot of this kind of stuff. For simplicity I would call it a ragged clip, although ragged notch is probably more specific. Blowholes would generally have beveled edges and I'm not seeing that here.
