Germany 3 mark 1923 E - proof or not ?

the same question as last time - I'm currently preparing auctions and I have some doubts how to describe this coin.

Like your previous example, it has a cameo proof look to it. Compare with other examples on Numista...

I wish I knew these issues better and could offer more help, but hopefully someone can do better.

In case they want to see the other coin, it is here...

The problem is, I bought it in a lot with about 600 coins from Auction House. If I'm correct, the proof version of this coin could cost 200$ +

Auction House should notice that and sell separetly.

Seems like they were not willing to thoroughly sort through 600 coins or they just missed it?

If you search the forum, you will find many posts about finding higher value coins in mixed lots and dealer junk bins. Good stuff gets overlooked, especially when dealing with a large number of coins.

In this case, I do hope it is a proof. A nice win for you!
