It's in the url I posted in the OP if you scroll down. It's a bit unique as it's a circulation coin that is painted on both sides by the Royal Canadian Mint.
I've gone through several uncirculated rolls, almost all of them have the non painted surfaces are torn up when you look at it under magnification. I can only presume it is from the additional step of painting the coins. I'll try to post a picture, I think it will be impossible ms70 on this one.
