This was in a holder that claimed it was Phoenician-Tyre. This may be true as we can see that there is Tyche on one side, but I cannot decipher the letters on the other side so I am not sure.
Well, here's the relevant search results at RPC Online. If the link doesn't work, recommend using the advanced search function at that site to search "Tyche r." for obverse, "galley" for reverse, and "ΜΗΤΡΟΠΟ" for reverse inscription.
