Tibet coins are the most confusing, I think they hate collectors hoarding their coinage.

Your Tibet Ga-Den tangka is the ND 1880 issue.
Y#B13.1, given that the outer reverse has triple dots, there is a double wavy water line below the stylized lotus on the obv. side, the outer obv. has tripled waves, and the obv. centre flower bud has three tiny crescents.
A nice looking coin.
The Ox moves slowly, but the Earth is patient.
