Anyone recall how long it took before additional inventory became available, or is it possible they sold 17,500 coins in 10 minutes on the first day? If they are going to offer more from the website, obviously it will only be after the auction finishes.

The privy marked pieces are going for some serious money. I was unaware they were being auctioned until watching a video last night. I find it interesting that the first 3 pieces struck were Proof 69 and only when we get to the 4th do we finally get a 70. If the mint had instead released these as random drops to individuals who ordered them. Reward those who support your programs instead of auctioning them and making them unobtainable for most. Coin # 1 is up to $160,000. . .Coin #230 is $12,000.
Stacks Bowers and the Mint are going to make a nice chunk of coin on this deal.
Expect more of the same going forward.

Mint sold 7,625 Flowing Hair gold coins on the first, and only day of release. So a goodly amount remains to be sold at some point I assume (unless 10,000 of them are going tonshow up on the Home Shopping Network).
