Most of those are rare to very rare, and a few are scarce to get.
29 left to get...

mrwhatisit, the ones from Dahomey, Keeling / Cocos, and Tannu Tuva will be the toughest on your list. I saw both Keeling and Tannu Tuva ones at a recent show, and

Based on what I recall from a previous attempt to assemble that set, I'd bet on American Samoa and (especially) Zanzibar as the toughest; you'd think Zanzibar is easy but it turns out that their only 20th century types ended up unissued and are consequently extremely rare.
But those three (Dahomey, Cocos/Keeling, and Tannu Tuva) are probably following closely behind, yes. I'd point at Senegal, as well.

Tajikistan used to be nearly impossible, but their pre-2000 issues had since been reclassified as medals, so now it's just not included in the set.

I'm guessing you're not trying to complete the German, Indian, and Chinese states

I had taken a picture of the Tannu Tuva coin at that show to research it. This guy's prices in general were high and he would not bargain. Frustrating because he had inherited the majority of the 4 binders of international coins he was selling.
I passed on this coin.
