@ Dearborn: While I won't be getting all of my proof ASE's slabbed (as in your project) I have a few (currently in OGP) which I will submit and I'm doing my homework re: the "services" offered by the TPG's. Did you opt in for PCGS' "restoration" services on any of your submissions ? Thanks.

You know I think your one of the great collectors on here, but I have to question if this is a smart money move? The vast majority of the ASE have very little premium for a 70 and 69's sell for the same as in the OGP. Wouldn't it make more sense to buy 70's on the open market? And only those with a crazy premium submit those for grading? I've picked up slabbed ASE in 70 for $45. Doesn't it cost like $25 to get each one graded?
@ Billy: I have not opted for any 'restorations' to be done on my ASE (yet - had no need)
@ Helder - I have been think the same thing lately, which is why I have not updated this topic lately. When sending in what I have already the services charged was about $13 as I sent in a batch of 8 at a go. But I might start looking for already slabbed ones..
