I tried to exchange this bill for rubles, but they wouldn't let me do it. The bank employee said that Switzerland had issued new banknotes and now they do not change the old ones and in general, even in Switzerland itself, they are no longer accepted.



It's true? I won 't be able to exchange it for rubles ?

Unfortunately that seems to be the case. They can only be reimbursed at National Swiss Bank offices in Switzerland: https://www.snb.ch/en/mmr/reference...notes.en.pdf
