Hello! Kinda mad at myself looking back on how much change I saved and spent over the years, but never thought to even take a peek at everything I went through! I've always rolled it all myself, too. What was I thinking? I probably sifted through so many coins that were worth crazy money. Most in change I ever had saved up at one time was $967, 12 years ago! Didn't even look at ONE of those coins for anything valuable! Started kinda collecting the 50 states quarters about a year ago, but didn't get too far... now I think I'm ready to dive in!! An early thanks for feedback, tips, and info, which will be very much appreciated!

Okay, so tried to research a bit first, but hard to find the right information when you have no knowledge of the appropriate terminology lol! Closest thing I could determine was possibly an accidental penny press? (Example of my lack of terminology haha) Or is this just environmental damage? (Think I got that wording right!) Or am I completely off? Thanks!

I think my phone's camera takes some pretty awesome pics, but then again, what do I know?! Let me know what you think about the coin itself and the quality of the pics, experts!

to CCF. Your coin was damaged by a coin counter/wrapper machine or a vending machine.

Welcome to CCF. I agree this is just damage, not a mint error.
