The emperor is Numerian. RIC 467 -- Example here ( http://www.wildwinds.com/coins/ric/...RIC_0467.jpg )

Obv. IMP C NVMERIANVS P F AVG, radiate, draped & cuirassed bust right

Rev. VIRTVS AVGG, emperor standing right receiving Victory on a globe from Jupiter standing opposite

Very nice find!

It is RIC 467 rather thsn 476 as identified above (there isn't a RIC 487 for Numerian!). The bust description above is also incorrect as your coin has a Radiate cuirassed bust (Bust Type F) rather than the Radiate draped and cuirassed bust (Bust Type C) mentioned above and given in the example from Wildwinds. RIC 467 isn't listed wih this bust type. I will contact a specialist on these to see his opinion but I get the feeling this might be scarce.
Regards,
Martin

That's what I meant, just a typo. (fixed in the other post)

Also, remember that many varieties of busts were struck, because they were all struck by hand. Missing the draped part of "radiate, draped, & cuirassed bust right" is not significant in my opinion.
