Some type of Chinese cash coin. Sure has alot of wear to it.

Indeed, a Chinese cash. Both your pics are upside-down.

This coin was cast (not struck) during the reign of the Jiaqing emperor (1796-1820). The mint is the Board of Revenue mint in the capital, Beijing. Very common, a typical coin you might find in a coin dealer's "Chinese cash coins $2 each" tray.

Reign title Jia Qing aka Chia-ching
TBRL is Jia Qing tong bao
Reverse is Boo chiowan which is Board of Revenue as already mentioned by Sap
There are many and begin in Hartill at #22.440
