I came across this in a group of unsorted ancients. I'm confident of my general identification, but this genre is outside of my realm of expertise, so I'm unable to be more specific. It's about 11.5 mm across and weighs 2.01 grams. Please forgive me if my shot of the reverse is oriented incorrectly.

@lc, super pick up for you. Yes it is Indo-Scythian, but can be even more narrowly defined as Western Satraps. Here is a link to a super thread by @drns with all the rulers:

Added: I think that those are hills on the rev, so you do need to rotate your image almost 180°. I've got a few of these because some of them are dated (in script behind the bust). Unfortunately, the date is very often off-flan, such as in your example.

Further addition: here is a link to a paper that should help you with the reading of the inscription to determine your coin's ruler:

I strongly suspected so, but what held me back from positively concluding that was how much the central design on the reverse seems to deviate from the norm.

Hmm good point. That reverse does look more like a peacock than the three hills. Maybe a closer match to this slightly later series (Gupta Empire):

I think you've hit on it. This other example's even closer yet -

I think my example may be from the early years of the reign of Kumaragupta I (commencing in 416 CE). The early reverse legend should read: Paramabhagavata Rajadhiraja Sri Kumaragupta Mahendraditya
