I have this 1885.86 North Central and South American Exposition Token or Medal or something. I'm really curious about the E.V.R. stamped on the front. It also says New Orleans so anyone know what this is?

savatreatabvr, I believe that you have a souvenir medal from the North Central and South American Exposition which was held in New Orleans in 1885-1886. The initials on it are probably the person who purchased it. See a similar one with different initials on this page, about halfway down:

Wow, thank you for the awesome information. I guess they're all considered medals but is there a significant difference in the importantance or value between the awarded ones, the tokens and souvenirs? Id love to find out who the initials belong too.

savatreatabvr, the souvenirs are probably the most abundant, although the awards are not that uncommon. Here's one that I acquired a couple years ago that wasn't ridiculously expensive. It's huge - 73.3 mm and 260 g.
I doubt that you'll be able to figure out who "E.V.R." is, but it could happen!
