Hello everyone.

I purchased this coin at our local gathering. I need some opinion about it's authencity, as far as this year appears to be scarce and there are enough fakes circulating around.
Thanks in advance.

Regards.

@nyt, that looks gorgeous!

I can't help you with specific things to look for with the design, but if this was my coin, I would want to at least confirm that the alloy was correct. You could do this non-destructively with XRF, a sigma analyzer, or get pretty close with a specific gravity test, depending on what resources are available to you.

A nice looking example. I hope it proves to be legitimate.

I see nothing that would stand out as a fake. Nice coin.

Thanks to everyone for your answers

Not bad enough, as far as there were some micro scratches around the surface, so I was afraid the coin would get details.
It took me around 1000 euros for the coin itselfs and grading

1,000 Euro = 1,079.30 US Dollar

Of course, that is current. The rate fluctuates. You can look it up by date to get a more exact value.
