One side is featureless, but the other has some interesting stepped heights plus a channel out to the edge. Around the rim are a sideways N, 10, and P3. As you can see, there is also a central through hole. New hint: the overall size of this piece is pretty big though: 16 mm thick and about 77 mm in diameter. I have an antique floor lamp with Tiffany-style stained glass shade that would greatly benefit from one of those weights. I got it cheap as it's screwed to a piece of wood on casters and too top-heavy to stand safely on its own.
