Sorry People,,,IMO I feel this is a garage error. I'd like to see the devices "falling" off the edge, also with the reverse rim opposite the clip is in to good of shape.

I can answer for Greasy here, he means that the coin could have been created
by someone in their garage with various tools etc. to look like a clipped planchet.
I often take that position on coins around here, when I see a possible error that I could
have possibly created myself. Devil's Advocate if you will. Sometime's it's difficult if not impossible to tell the difference just from photos.

Can you get a clear picture of the clipped edge in question, on the side with the reeding?
