Picked this example up for $20 total, sold as a 1943-S/S. Looks to be XF/AU with an honest skin and some toning. Notable scratch from the Y to the bust. Is that within parameters for a circulated dime?

Those scratches has circulated wear and probably wont grade above EF-45, its nice example for this variety.
