What grade did NGC give this cent and any attributions. There is a couple rim dings that did not affect grade and the holder is scratched up a bit.   Edited by CoinAlbum

Ok I'll re-word that comment about the rim ding.NGC assigned a grade to the coin it's not in a details holder.

I'll guess VF for the grade. The obverse appears to have more circulation wear than the reverse.
