I'll say AU.
Errers and Varietys.

It's AU something but I'm going to reserve further analysis until we have some better photos. (I'm counting on you, NS!)
I really, really want to see the luster and surfaces, because these photos aren't flattering Miss Liberty at all. Fields look washed out.

I'm not convinced the surfaces are original, so I'm also at AU details, unless better pics can show some luster.

On the obverse, I see a lot of parallel lines akin to scratches. I think they are due to cleaning. Also, there is no luster whatsoever on the face of Liberty. It's flat and lifeless. There is a funny little dimple under the "3". Finally, the coin seems to have a massive rim ding at 11 o'clock. The reverse looks a bit better, but the breast feathers of the Eagle are all gone, while the wings still have luster. Maybe also a sign of cleaning? Or is it a weak strike? There are scuff marks under "In God We Trust".
Verdict: UNC Details.

Looks worse in the new pics. I'd go Au details harshly cleaned

Definitely AU details, cleaned. The rim issue might just be glare from a holder.

Deceptive seller photos, harshly cleaned, scratched. Not a fan.

Busy surfaces with lots of small marks and enough parallel obverse hairlines to indicate cleaning. Certified AU examples have sold recently for close to what you paid. Seems like you can do better for about the same cost.
