I know, don't buy these raw but this one smacked me in the face. And it is for my dansco. Thoughts on grade and authenticity, it passed the sigma test.

A little rough around the edges but looks like the real deal to me! At least it hasn't been cleaned and scrubbed to death like a lot of coins we see here. I think it's VG-8 and would straight grade.

I'd say VG-10, although I'm not sure what's going on with that obverse rim.

For reference, this is a coin I bought for VG(8) retail money from a semi-shady dealer in 1999. I sent it in to PCGS in 2010 and they called it VG(10).
