The topic questions NGC and that coin, not the seller.
I'm not certain it's bad - and I don't want to mess up his sale.
The current market is no good for sellers unless the coin is either very special or very cheap.
Rare as that penny may be, one with the desire and wallet could buy one every day of the week.

Indian penny is also easy to find at present and far more rare than the 1930 penny.
Both PCGS and NGC have made serious mistakes, there is no doubt there.
I hope it is real for the sellers sake - he probably has a lot invested.
In 19 months that coin needs to be resubmitted as copper coin gradings by NGC are only good for 10 years.
Hundreds of thousands of fake 1930 pennies exist and they range from obvious rubbish to spectacular.
Nobody with common sense will spend that much without looking at it in hand closely.
I don't like the '0' but maybe it's just a bad photo..
