All of these are 1999 reverses and one seems questionable to me. It appears to have a space compared to the others and looks similar to others that are wide but I can't quite tell. Of course it would have to be the one in the worst condition. Thanks in advance! Please forgive the cat hairs.. They really want attention while I'm in the middle of something

I think you mean that all 1999D cents are CAM.
The 1999 cents have both WAM & CAM.

All 1999 D Cents are Close AM's. You need to look for the 1999 Philadelphia Wide AM's. Yours is just a normal cent. Worth 1 cent. https://www.lincolncentresource.com/wideams.html

Don't just look at the AM when determining a WAM or Close AM.

Also look at the A that is between the 2 'T's in sTATes. If the A is centered between the 2 then is it a WAM.
If it is closer to the 2nd T then it is a Close AM.
also look at the FG initials.
If the FG is close to the Memorial then it is a WAM
If there is a large gap between the initial and the Memorial, then it would be a Close AM.

Your coins are all Close AM cent coins.
