Are you sure that's not paint on your coin? Also, what is the weight?

It's weights 5.5g and I'm 100% sure it's not paint. Hard to tell in the pictures but it's a bright shinny like red copper color.

It seems that the cladding is quite thin. I've never seen one quite like that. Hopefully someone with knowledge of such things will be along to weigh in on it.

Whatever it maybe it certainly looks like a residue perhaps from a marker if not paint.

It's looks to me like the cladding is extremely thin and left bear spots on the overse.
