I'll be conservative and say MS-63.

Another vote for MS-64.
Like most late-date Walkers, the 1945-D is very common in mint state. Coin Facts estimates there are 50,000 examples grading MS65 or higher.

I see thin parallel lines under the chin of the eagle. Signs of cleaning? Also, the breast feathers appear to be flat.

I'll also be conservative at MS-63, thought I could see it as a 64. Scrapes across the thigh and mark in front of right foot on the dress make me think 63.
