Your coin IS a nice specimen, but even if it was sent in and graded MS 63-65, the cost of having it slabbed would still be more than it's value. I might grade this Ike Au58. As I stated, it is a nice coin, but the obverse has a few too many cuts and rim 'dings' for me to grade it in the MS quantum. Also, the bell on the reverse has a huge crack in it.  As is, I would sell it for $4 to $6. (but I have my own ideas of pricing) |

Even MS-65 (which it's not) will not justify TPG expenses. On the other hand, if it were a 1972 TII, it would be worth it. |

Only speaking for myself--I wouldn't suggest submitting it. The obverse appears to be roughed up a bit. Given the pics posted, the obverse of the bicentennial Ike looks 'worse' than the '72 example.
If you do submit, let us know how it turned out.

I wouldn't pay the grading, shipping and insurance fees to have that Ike graded. PCGS MS64 examples are selling for $20.00 on ebay, about 1/3 the cost to have it graded yourself. |

Thanks yall. Appreciate the feedback. I'm sending 10 coins off next week.
I'll post the results and maybe some guesses.

Looks like luster breaks on the neck, jaw, cheek bone and ear from rubbing/friction. AU-58.

 and obv looks cleaned. the cost of slabbing would exceed the value of the coin. can I ask your purpose for slabbing your coins? also, I would be inclined to post them here first and get CCM input on them like this coin. it could save you some $$
