I found this 1922-1940 Latvian 20 santimu with a mirrored image on the reverse side of the coin. The mirrored side is cupped. I read this is called brockage? Worth anything?

Any reverse brockage for any American coin on the American collector market
would sell for multiples of what OP's coin would sell for in this market.
