Where would you start even to put a value on a number. I looked it up a bit. But no real info besides it is apparently 99% cool based on my google searching

For market value the easy place is ebay sold items.

I agree with bugil46. You may not see a note with the exact serial number as yours, but you'll see notes with a similar pattern and in similar condition.

I don't see much of a premium here.

If it were a $1, I'd probably keep it. You could probably sell it for a few bucks over face value, but once you pay the fees (and if you value your time at all), you probably won't make much profit.

I might hold on to it until the next coin show. Maybe a coin dealer will give me and extra buck or two off my purchase for it. Worst case I was going to spend it anyway.

I find "Trinaries" every other day. I have a 8 to 10" stack of them. Fun to collect but not much value. Still looking for a "binary note"

To me, no premium in a trinary if it does not qualify for any other "fancy" category. And with certain exceptions, I feel the same way about binaries.

this seems to me to be a not-so-frequent occurrence...This is a very specific configuration of 3-2-3, all different, all consecutive but the tuplets can be in any order. This configuration happens only one time in 41,766 bills, whereas radars and repeaters are more frequent at one in only 10,000

Maybe not classified as 'fancy' but I'd think it'd have some value given its frequency? Sure looks cool to me.
I'm a just math guy, not much experience in the market value of these things so I'm learning
