ok... I have finally decided on the gift.
I seem to stump myself every year because I really hope in earnest to pick something for my "assignment" which he or she might really like;
Once again, I couldn't find any clear indication of what might be a well suited choice - so I picked some nice things, and hopefully it will be appreciated!
I should have it wrapped and mailed out in the next day.

Santa Claus dropped off a package at my door and told me that I was a good lad for the most of year. :)
I opened a package and it consisted of two coin sets:
1970 UK's last LSD set —a nice touché because I was born there when they completely changed over to a decimal coinage . It was still relatively new for many people that time.
1982 Singapore coin set— again, nice sentimental thought as that is where my Grandad was stationed in Army there before posted to other part of Empire.
Both are lovely!

Santa visited me today, and all I can say is WOW! What a truly generous assortment! And there was even a note describing the pieces and their history.    It is all very appreciated. Thank you Santa.

I've been out of town and received a notification a package got delivered Thursday afternoon that I'm pretty sure is from my Secret Santa. I'll know for certain when I pick it up tomorrow, but wanted to post this for now in case it is and my Secret Santa is worrying if I received it.  |

I sent off the package to my assignment earlier today;
I realized when I was en route to the post office that I forgot to sign the included note with my user name... whoops!!
