As beat as it is the date hardly matters. I can't give that last digit any guess.

Looking at the blow up of your photo it could be 1942 but it's anyone's guess. It's a spender.

Or save it and label it "194X". As the others mentioned, it is pretty much just worth face value, but it does have a lot of character.
